Try this... go to http://www.microsoft.com/ie/download/

Select "IE 3.0 beta 1 for Macintosh" and click the Next button.  From that
page, see if you can figure out how to download IE 3.0 beta 1 for
Macintosh.  You can get IE for NT in Vietnamese, traditional Chinese,
simplified Chinese, Basque, Hungarian, and Polish from this page, but
nothing in English, and certainly nothing for the Mac.  :-)
