One Ring To Rule The Dome
Location: Great Dome

On a snowy morning during Fall finals, at the beginning of the week that
the first Lord Of The Rings movie was to be released, a "gold" ring with
red Elvish script appeared around the Great Dome.
As in JRR Tolkein's novel, the "ring" was inscribed with text that
translates to:
"One Ring to rule them all,
One Ring to find them,
One Ring to bring them all,
and in the darkness bind them."
Gandalf said about the text, "The letters are Elvish, of an ancient
mode, but the language is that of Mordor, which I will not utter here."
The hackers were apparently not completely successful, for neither the
Great Dome nor Building 10 managed to vanish into the realm of shadows.
