This weekend my girlfriend and i will be going up to her cabin. I know she
will ask me to take pictures of her new boobs since she's had a fresh boob job
and I need advice on lenses. In the past, when she was a 38 DDD, i used my
trusty 24mm wide angle to be sure and get them all in the frame but now i'm not
sure this will work. I'm leaning towards the 17 to 35 zoom by sigma but,
maybe, a straight 17mm by tokina will be better. I'll probably bring the 24mm
along rather than trade it in just for the nipple shots.
I'll be using fuji reala for the perfect fleshtone look and Kodak lumiere for
that saturated feel as well for the film and a Nikon F5 outfit which I was high
bidder on at ebay last week with a top bid of $25.
One regular poster here, ed romney, who seems to have a lot of experience, says
i should go from dumpster to dumpster in my neighborhood looking for discarded
cameras and then buy his repair report so i can fix them and save even the $25.
i spent on the Nikon F5 outfit i bought through ebay... but i don't know.
One thing i really need to know is how much would a haze filter cost for my old
lens. I think it has haze in the glass so i figure a haze filter should fix
it. What do you think?
i just have to pass this tip on to you all. One word: Cambridge. Undoubtedly
the best camera store in NY and the customer service is a pleasure. Fairest
deals in town in my book.
But, when you get right down to it, is Nikon really better than Canon or is
Canon better than Nikon? I just don't know. And, then again, what are the
benefits of a rangefinder camera like the Leica M6? Was Ansel Adams large
format camera really a Minox or a Diana?
Bye for now. I'm off to find some film that's y2k compliant.
Don't e-mail answers. Post them here. My e-mail reader is illiterate.
